Return Policy

At ZAXX, we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase.  If you are not satisfied, we’ll be happy to refund or replace your purchase according to the terms of our return policy.  Learn more about our product return guidelines below.

Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the timeframe below:

* 14 days for computers, monitors, and related peripherals
* 30 days for all other products

Non-returnable items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

* Delivery, labor and completed installation services
* Non-defective or opened computer software

If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a store credit with ZAXX Technology Specialists. You may use this credit to purchase a replacement item in the store or online.  You may also use this credit to purchase ZAXX services. 

Exchanges

A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories. The restocking fee charges are:

* 25% for Special Orders
* 15% for opened notebook computers, and related peripherals
